It is a tape used in the manufacturing process of semiconductors and capacitors. It realizes a variety of adherents and excellent adhesive force, and has excellent heat-resistance.

Tape for semiconductor process

It is a high heat-resistant silicone tape that shows excellent masking performance in the EMC process by being used under the lead frame at the time of small semiconductor PKGs manufacturing.

Plating tape

It is used for lead frame plating. It is a product with excellent chemical resistance, heat resistance and adhesion. It does not leave any residue after peeling off, and can show excellent plating effect by protecting the masking area clearly and cleanly.

Others

Various types of adherents can be applied depending on various base films and adhesive thicknesses. It is used to manufacture parts for various electrical and electronic devices with special acrylic adhesives applied.
