Personnel system

  • Advancement / promotion

    We run a fair promotion system based on individual competency, and give special promotion benefits to employees with outstanding abilities and achievements. The comprehensive review is conducted based on length of stay within the position, achievement and competence evaluation, etc.

  • Annual salary system

    It aims at strengthening growth opportunities and maintaining fairness by distinguishing high-achievers from under-achievers and establishing an appropriate development plan to differentiate salaries according to individual achievements.

  • Education system

    We are providing all our executives and employees with various competency development programs so as to gain a foothold their growth. We are focusing on raising talents through job training, leadership training, and professional training courses.
