Social Responsibility

Tapex acknowledge that recognizing and implementing social responsibility is a key element of sustainability management.
Based on this, we are continuously managing and improving core issues of social responsibility management, such as human rights, labor practices, ethics, fair trade, and coexistence with the local community.

We want to contribute to better world by sharing the capabilities of the company and its employees and achieving innovation through win-win growth. In order to create a healthy tomorrow for our society, we are empathizing with the local community and promoting social contribution activities.

Implement of Corporate Social Responsibility Management

  • Target : We fulfill our social responsibilities that can have a negative impact on our society and the environment, and share and participate in the activities for environmental issues and the underprivileged in the local community.
  • Direction
    1. 1) As a responsible member of the local community, we fulfill a responsible corporate role that meets social expectations and needs.
    2. 2) We keep our eyes on resolving global environmental and climate problems that impede the sustainable development, and fulfill our social responsibilities.

Support for daily necessities sharing boxes for the underprivileged

Volunteer Activities for Briquette Sharing

Sharing Fund

We implement the correct donation culture with our employees’ voluntary participation in the form of donating a portion of their salary and the company's matching grant. With the partnership with the NGO ‘Green Asia’, the Sharing Fund is donated to the project for the recovery of the world's largest climate change and desertification-affected areas. It is also used for the support for those who needs help through the resolutions by local communities and employees.

* What is matching grant? - Company pays the amount as much as its employees raised funds.
