Social Responsibility

Tapex acknowledge that recognizing and implementing social responsibility is a key element of sustainability management.
Based on this, we are continuously managing and improving core issues of social responsibility management, such as human rights, labor practices, ethics, fair trade, and coexistence with the local community.

We set the ethical management as the core value of our activities and established the efficient ethical management system based on our codes of ethics to implement ethical management through transparent management and socially responsible management. This allows Tapex to create the value for various stakeholders such as customers, employees, shareholders, and business partners, and play a pivotal role in social and economic development. Tapex strives to fulfill business management that contributes to the happiness of mankind.

Ethical Management and Anti-Corruption Program

In order to prevent any types of corruption, we run a variety of ethical management and anti-corruption programs to ensure that employees comply with ethical regulations and the ethical level of internal and external stakeholders is improved.

To write an ethical pledge for all employees

  • - Current employees (every January), midway employees (at the time of joining)

Ethics and anti-corruption training program

  • - Various programs are provided at least once a year for all employees to comply with ethical regulations and prevent corruption.
