Corporate Governance

Tapex recognizes that it is a key element of sustainable management that is should establish an exemplary corporate governance structure that can be trusted both internally and externally to enhance management transparency and efficiency. Based on this, we set strengthening the roles and responsibilities of the BOD, protecting shareholder’s rights, and communicating with shareholders and stakeholders as our top priorities.

There is a committee within the BOD that performs specific functions and roles, and more than half of the committee consists of outside directors to ensure the committee's impartiality and professionalism.
